When you are 30 days out from your ceremony you will need to meet with an agent from the state to review your application. You can find the link to make the appointment and office hours on their website.

For the appointment with the agent to review your application you will need to both be there in person. You will both need a valid government issued photo identification, like a driver’s license, passport, etc. If you are getting a Hawaii Marriage License within 30 days of getting a divorce or your previous spouse passing you will need to bring the certified divorce decree or death certificate (if applicable).
